Pizza:
- 1 pound pizza dough, room temperature
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced or shredded
- 1/2 cup whole milk ricotta
- 2 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto, torn
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- optional: fresh arugula or basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
- Prepare dough: Stretch or roll the dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface. Transfer to parchment paper.
- Add toppings: Brush dough with olive oil, top with mozzarella, dollops of ricotta, and torn prosciutto.
- Bake: Transfer pizza to the hot stone or baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Finish: Drizzle hot honey over the pizza, garnish with arugula or basil, slice, and serve warm.
