Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the pan: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease or line a muffin tin or donut pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Combine the wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, sour cream, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
