Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt Chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Stir in sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Form Cookies: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture to form dough. Wrap dough around chocolate truffles and place on baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
- Cool and Serve: Cool for 5 minutes before serving warm to enjoy the gooey lava center.
