  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (solid, not melted)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup almond paste (crumbled)
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in the solid coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract until a soft dough forms.
