Dough:
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 tablespoons active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water (110°F)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 6 cups all-purpose flour
Filling:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Frosting:
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2–3 tablespoons milk (as needed)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Mix pudding mix and milk. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine sugar, butter, salt, eggs, and pudding. Add flour gradually to form a dough. Knead and let rise.
- Assemble Rolls: Roll out dough, spread with melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Roll up, slice, and place in a baking dish. Let rise.
- Bake and Frost: Bake rolls, prepare frosting with cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla, and milk. Spread frosting over warm rolls.

- Best served warm.
- Can be prepared the night before, refrigerated, and baked the next morning. Allow to come to room temperature before baking if chilled.
