Tomato Garlic Salad:
- 4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes and minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes at room temperature to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, stir in the chopped basil. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
