- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sauté Peppers and Onions: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add peppers, onions, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook until softened.
- Cook Sausages: Grill or pan-sear sausages until cooked through, then slice in half lengthwise.
- Toast Rolls: Slice rolls, toast lightly in the oven.
- Assemble Sandwiches: Layer rolls with sausages, sautéed peppers and onions, cheese, and balsamic glaze. Toast until cheese melts.
