For the Dijon Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F: Pound chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness. Place cheese and ham on each breast, roll up, and secure with toothpicks.
- Prepare coating: Set up bowls with flour, egg mixture, and breadcrumbs with seasonings. Coat chicken rolls in sequence.
