Description

Ingredients
Eggs:
12 large eggs
Deviled Egg Filling:
½ cup mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, salt and pepper to taste
Garnish:
smoked paprika for garnish, optional toppings: chopped chives, dill, or crumbled bacon
Instructions
- Boil the Eggs: Place the eggs in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 12 minutes. Drain and transfer to an ice bath to cool.
- Prepare the Filling: Peel eggs, slice in half, and remove yolks. Mash yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Fill the Egg Whites: Spoon or pipe yolk mixture back into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and add desired toppings.
- Chill and Serve: Chill deviled eggs until ready to serve.
