Scale
Main Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cooked pasta (rigatoni, bowtie, or penne work best)
Seasonings:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional:
- Marinara or ranch for dipping
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water. Pat dry thoroughly with a clean towel.
- Season the Pasta: In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and Parmesan cheese until evenly coated.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Air Fry: Add the seasoned pasta to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with marinara, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a vegan version, skip the Parmesan or use a dairy-free alternative.
- Be sure the pasta is dry before air frying for the best crunch.
- These are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
