Ingredients

Cherry Tomatoes:

  • 24 cherry tomatoes

Filling:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup finely chopped cooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tomatoes: Slice the top off each cherry tomato and scoop out the seeds and pulp. Drain upside down on a paper towel.
  2. Make the Filling: Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, bacon, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Fill the Tomatoes: Pipe the filling into each tomato. Chill before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit bacon and add olives or bell peppers.
