Instructions

  1. Prepare the Simple Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup water and honey (or sugar) over medium heat, stirring until dissolved. Let cool.
  2. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine strawberries, lemon juice, cooled syrup, and 1/2 cup cold water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Adjust Sweetness: Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Freeze: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
