- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine chicken pieces with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and cornstarch. Marinate for 15–30 minutes.
- Air Fryer Method: Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Cook chicken for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Oven Method: Preheat to 425°F (220°C). Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping once.
- Prepare the Sauce: Simmer gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and water for 3–5 minutes.
- Coat the Chicken: Toss cooked chicken in the sauce until evenly coated. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
