Spinach Filling:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Other:

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Chicken: Slice a pocket into each chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare Spinach Filling: Cook garlic in olive oil. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Let cool. Combine with cheeses, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
