- 1 cup fresh spinach (finely chopped)

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (whole wheat or regular)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine: ground chicken, chopped spinach, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Cook the patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve on whole grain buns with your favorite toppings like avocado, tomato, lettuce, or a light yogurt-based sauce.
Notes
- For extra moisture, you can add 1 tablespoon of plain Greek yogurt to the mix.
