- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Additional:
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix the spinach, feta, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Assemble the twists: Roll out the puff pastry, cut it in half lengthwise, spread the filling over one half, place the other half on top, cut into strips, twist each strip, and place on the baking sheet.
- Brush and bake: Beat the egg with milk, brush over the twists, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
