- ½ cup white distilled vinegar
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 medium red or yellow onion thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 lb ripe tomatoes thinly sliced
Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry and season: Generously season the chicken with salt and pepper.
