Cauliflower Stir-Fry:
- 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into small florets)

- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)

- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha or chili garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water (slurry)
Garnish:
- 1 green onion (sliced)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Stir-fry cauliflower: Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5–7 minutes until slightly browned.
- Add vegetables: Add red bell pepper and red onion, continue stir-frying for 3–4 minutes.
- Flavor infusion: Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- Prepare sauce: Whisk soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Coat vegetables: Pour sauce over vegetables, toss to coat.
- Thicken sauce: Add cornstarch slurry, cook until sauce thickens.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from heat, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
