Ingredients

Scale

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp almond flour or oat flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • optional: ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) or use an air fryer at 325°F.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a small bowl, combine protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in peanut butter, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla until a dough forms.
  4. Include Chocolate Chips: Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Shape and Bake: Shape the dough into a cookie and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set but the center is soft.

Notes

  • For a lower-carb version, use sugar-free syrup and sugar-free chocolate chips.
  • You can also microwave the dough for 60–90 seconds for a quick mug cookie.
  • Adjust liquid slightly depending on the protein powder used.
