Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) or use an air fryer at 325°F.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a small bowl, combine protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in peanut butter, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla until a dough forms.
- Include Chocolate Chips: Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Shape and Bake: Shape the dough into a cookie and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set but the center is soft.
