For the Shrimp:
- 1 pound cooked shrimp (peeled, deveined, tails removed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions
- Cook the Shrimp: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, shrimp, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until shrimp are heated through and well coated in spices.
- Prepare the Wraps: Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Spread a thin layer of sour cream or Greek yogurt over each tortilla. Layer with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, avocado slices, shrimp, and cilantro. Squeeze a little lime juice over the top.
- Wrap and Serve: Fold in the sides and roll up the wraps tightly. Slice in half and serve immediately.
