Description

For the Shrimp:

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp (peeled, deveined, tails removed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

Instructions

  1. Cook the Shrimp: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, shrimp, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until shrimp are heated through and well coated in spices.
  2. Prepare the Wraps: Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Spread a thin layer of sour cream or Greek yogurt over each tortilla. Layer with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, avocado slices, shrimp, and cilantro. Squeeze a little lime juice over the top.
  3. Wrap and Serve: Fold in the sides and roll up the wraps tightly. Slice in half and serve immediately.
