Ingredients
For the Meat Filling:
- 1 pound ground beef or ground lamb
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup beef broth
For Assembly:
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (28 oz) bag frozen tater tots

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Transfer meat mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top. Arrange tater tots in a single layer.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until tater tots are golden and crispy. Let cool before serving.
