Scale
Sausage Filling:
- 1 pound breakfast sausage

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Crescent Roll Dough:
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash – optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix the cooked sausage with softened cream cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and green onions if using.
- Assemble the crescents: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the sausage mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up toward the point, enclosing the filling.
