Instructions

- Shape & Bake: Turn dough onto floured surface, shape into a ball, let rest. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with a covered pot inside. Transfer dough to pot and bake covered, then uncovered until golden brown.
- Cool & Serve: Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
