Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare baking dish: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, beat sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla until well combined. Stir in crushed pineapple, mashed bananas, coconut, and nuts.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Bake: Pour batter into prepared dish and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
