- 8 oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti

- 1 lb ground pork or chicken
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 3 green onions sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili paste or sriracha (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Garnish:
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions, toss with sesame oil.
- Prepare stir-fry: Cook ground pork/chicken until browned. Add garlic, ginger, and green onions. Stir in cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, and chili paste. Add cooked noodles and cornstarch slurry. Cook until sauce thickens.
