- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and peanut butter until smooth.
- Quickly mix in oats and a pinch of salt until fully combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Allow cookies to set at room temperature for 30–45 minutes until firm.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use brown sugar for half of the granulated sugar.
- You can add 1/2 cup shredded coconut or chopped nuts for texture.
