Peanut Butter Cheerio Bites Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups plain Cheerios cereal
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
- Melt Peanut Butter and Honey: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the peanut butter and honey. Stir constantly until melted and smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Combine Ingredients: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. In a large bowl, add the Cheerios and pour the warm peanut butter mixture over them. Stir gently until the cereal is evenly coated.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Let the mixture cool for a few minutes, then fold in the mini chocolate chips if using.
- Form Bites: Using your hands or a cookie scoop, form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill and Serve: Chill in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
