- 1 cup prepared brownie batter (from box mix or homemade), chilled slightly for easier swirling
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make peanut butter cookie dough: In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Form cookies: Scoop dough into balls, flatten slightly, and top each with brownie batter. Swirl together gently.
- Bake: Place cookies on baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
