Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente; reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain.

- Wilt Spinach: Add spinach, cook until wilted.
- Make the Sauce: Pour in cream and pasta water, stir in Parmesan.
- Season and Combine: Add salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Toss in cooked pasta.
- Thicken and Serve: Cook briefly, garnish with parsley and more Parmesan.
