Description

Cauliflower Bites:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garnish:

  • Optional fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until coated.
  3. Roast Cauliflower: Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Add Cheese: Remove from oven, toss with grated Parmesan cheese immediately.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
