Cauliflower Bites:
- 1 medium head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish:
- Optional fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until coated.
- Roast Cauliflower: Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Add Cheese: Remove from oven, toss with grated Parmesan cheese immediately.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, roast the cauliflower on a metal baking sheet without parchment.
- You can also air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes for a quicker version.
