Instructions
- Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cooking: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serving: Serve warm stacked pancakes topped with fresh berries and a generous drizzle of honey.
Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the buttermilk, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (do not overmix; a few lumps are fine).
