- 1 cup steel-cut oats
Liquid:
- 4 cups water or milk (or a mix of both)
Seasoning:
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Sweetener (optional):
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
Additional Toppings (optional):
- 1/2 cup chopped apples or berries
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the Crockpot: Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker.
- Combine Ingredients: Mix oats, liquid, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, and sweetener (if using) in the slow cooker.
