- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cardamom, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Shape and Bake: Roll dough into 1-inch balls and, if desired, roll in granulated sugar. Place on prepared baking sheet, flatten slightly, and bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
