  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Risoni:

  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup risoni (orzo pasta)
  • 2 1/4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fish: Season fish fillets with salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon zest.
