- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1½ cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 cup beef broth or water
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Toppings:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add Flavor: Stir in garlic, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, broth, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, salt, and pepper. Simmer.
- Cook Pasta: Add macaroni, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Finish and Serve: Stir in cheese if desired, let rest, then garnish with parsley before serving.
