Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Add dates, almonds, and oats to a food processor. Pulse until crumbly. Add chia seeds, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt. Blend until sticky.
- Form Balls: Roll mixture into balls. Optional: roll in coconut. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
