Description

Oreo Cookie Crust:

  • 1 9-inch Oreo cookie crust

Chocolate Filling:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted and slightly cooled)
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 cup mini M&M’s (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.

  3. Stir in the melted chocolate chips and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  5. Fold in the mini M&M’s.
  6. Spoon the filling into the Oreo crust and smooth the top.
  7. Garnish with extra M&M’s.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Serve chilled.
