Oreo Cookie Crust:
- 1 9-inch Oreo cookie crust
Chocolate Filling:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted and slightly cooled)
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (thawed)
- 1 cup mini M&M’s (plus extra for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in the melted chocolate chips and mix until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Fold in the mini M&M’s.
- Spoon the filling into the Oreo crust and smooth the top.
- Garnish with extra M&M’s.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
Serve chilled.
Notes
- For extra crunch, fold in chopped Oreo cookies or pretzels along with the M&M’s.
- You can also use a graham cracker crust if preferred.
