  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Filling:

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked ham or bacon
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions

  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare the muffin tin: Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Mix the egg mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Fill the muffin cups: Divide the ham or bacon, bell peppers, and onions among the muffin cups. Pour the egg mixture over the fillings, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
