Egg Wash:
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface, cut into squares, and place on the baking sheet.
- Make the sour cream mixture: Mix sour cream, Dijon mustard, and horseradish.
- Assemble the tarts: Spread sour cream mixture on pastry, add onions, beef, cheese, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake: Brush with egg wash and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving warm.
