Description

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Glaze:

  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet or muffin tin.
  2. Prepare the meatloaves: Combine breadcrumbs and milk, then add chicken, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, and thyme. Shape into loaves and place on baking sheet.
  3. Make the glaze: Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar. Brush half over the meatloaves.
  4. Bake: Bake for 20 minutes, brush with remaining glaze, and bake for another 10 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Rest and serve: Let the meatloaves rest before serving.
