Brownie Batter:

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed or whole mini chocolate eggs (plus more for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the batter: Whisk together melted butter, Nutella, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in flour and salt, then fold in mini chocolate chips and half of the mini eggs.
  3. Bake: Pour batter into the pan, spread evenly, press additional mini eggs on top, and bake for 20–24 minutes until just set.
