  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)

  • 2 slices of bread, toasted
  • Butter, for spreading (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, turmeric, and red chili powder until well combined. Stir in the onion, tomato, green chili, and cilantro.
  2. Cook the Omelette: Heat oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook for 2–3 minutes until the bottom is set. Flip and cook the other side for another 1–2 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  3. Serve: Serve the masala omelette hot with toasted bread on the side. Spread butter on the toast if desired.
