- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups baby spinach
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Soup Base: Heat olive oil in a large pot. Sauté onion until softened. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until fragrant.
- Cook Soup: Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil. Add heavy cream and sun-dried tomatoes, simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in shredded chicken and orzo, simmer until orzo is tender.
- Finish Soup: Stir in Parmesan and spinach until wilted. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot, garnished with basil.
