- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Scrub the potatoes clean, prick with a fork, rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 45–55 minutes until fork-tender.
