- 2 1/4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season the chicken: Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
