Chicken:

Rice:

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup long grain white rice
  • 2 1/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
