Main Meatballs:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg

- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

For the Spicy Mayo Dip:
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Meatball Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, sesame oil, soy sauce, gochujang, ginger, black pepper, and brown sugar. Form into meatballs.
- Bake: Place meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes until cooked through.
- Prepare Dip: Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt for the spicy mayo.
- Serve: Garnish meatballs with sesame seeds and green onion. Serve warm with spicy mayo dip.
