Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the casserole.

  4. Create Creamy Sauce. Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream to the beef mixture. Cook, stirring continuously until the cream cheese melts completely and forms a smooth, creamy sauce.
  5. Add Cheese and Cauliflower. Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese along with the chopped cauliflower florets, ensuring everything is well combined.
  6. Assemble Casserole. Pour the beef and cheese mixture into a greased 9×9-inch or 8×8-inch baking dish. Spread it evenly.
  7. Top with Cauliflower Tots and Cheese. Arrange the frozen cauliflower tots evenly over the beef mixture, then sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese on top for a golden crust.
  8. Bake. Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese on top is golden brown.
  9. Rest and Garnish. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes after baking. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired before serving.
