Dough:
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
Filling:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2–3 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Optional: extra shredded cheese, sliced jalapeños for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix filling: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, and salt.
- Prepare dough: Roll out the dough, cut into squares, and fill each piece with the mixture.
- Shape rolls: Fold the dough over the filling, pinch to seal, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush with melted butter, add extra cheese and jalapeños, then bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
