- 3 slices mortadella or capicola

Salad Mix:

- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
