  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni, uncooked

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheeseburger Casserole: Set the Instant Pot to Sauté mode. Cook ground beef in olive oil until browned. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Sauté until onions are softened.
  2. Cook the Pasta: Cancel Sauté mode. Add beef broth, diced tomatoes, and macaroni. Pressure cook for 4 minutes, then do a quick release.
  3. Finish the Dish: Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted. Let sit to thicken. Garnish with parsley before serving.
